Welcome to the 2025-2026 swim season with the Edina Swim Club!
*** Registration will open on August 4th for those athletes who were signed up for the 2024-2025 full season, spring 2025 only and spring/summer 2025. Registration will close on August 13 and i will re-open on August 18 to new families (50 potential new families), along with past members.
This page contains details about dues, fees, & volunteering. At the bottom of this page, you will find the link to register for club swimming. Please look at all of the details before you register.
2025-2026 Membership Information:
- FULL SEASON:
September 2025 – end of summer 2026 season
- FALL/WINTER SEASON:
September - end of February/early March
This season will begin on September 8th for the following training groups:
Gator 1A; Gator 1B; Gator 2; Gator 3; Age Group Prep A; Age Group Prep B; Age Group Bronze; Age Group Silver
This season will begin on September 4th for the following training groups:
Age Group Gold; Sr. Bronze; Sr. Silver; Sr. Gold; National
- SPRING SEASON: April – May 2026 (exact dates TBD)
- SUMMER SEASON: June - early/mid/end of July 2026 (exact dates TBD)
**fall registration includes full season registrations and fall/winter registrations. Registration will open in February for current athletes for spring/summer of 2026; if you register for the fall/winter season, you are not registered automatically for spring/summer***
All families will be required to have a credit card/checking account on file with the Edina Swim Club. Invoices are generated by Sports Engine on the 1st of each month. Credit card/checking account will be charged for each month's charges on the 1st of each month. Your credit card information is secure and is not viewable or accessible by any employees of the Edina Swim Club. For security reasons, you may have a loaded Visa gift card on file and your charges will be withdrawn from said gift card on the first of each month.

HIGH SCHOOL AGED ATHLETES SWIMMING WITH HIGH SCHOOL TEAM:
If you have an athlete who will be swimming with his/her high school swim team, take a look at this document as it may help you decide how to register your swimmer in the fall.
High School Swimming & Swim Club Registration Information
***Female athletes – please register for club swimming when registration opens as groups may fill by the time high school swimming is over.
Multiple Swimmer Discount:
Multiple swimmer discounts are for families who register for the Full Season prior to the first billing period of October 1. Full Season is September through the end of the summer season. The first swimmer pays full price, the second receives a $100 discount, and each additional swimmer receives a $200 discount.

| USA Swimming |
All swimmers must be registered with USA Swimming, the fee is $70 paid to USA Swimming. Once your athlete is registered with Edina Swim Club, please email the office for the link to register with USA Swimming. [email protected] |
| Meet Fees |
The Edina Swim Club will add all meet fees to each swimmer's invoice throughout the season. Meet fees will be billed on the first of the month. Meet fees are generally between $40 and $100 depending on the number of events a swimmer has. ESC will add $.50 per splash per swimmer and $.50 per relay per swimmer along with an admin fee of $5. Meet fees are non-refundable 8 days before the meet. No shows and those who are sick the day of will still be billed for fees as the club pays the host team ahead of time. For any scratched event the day of, your account will still be billed for the event as it's alreay been paid for by the club. A travel meet fee will be added to help cover club travel expenses if overnight is required or if a coach will drive further than 50 miles from the twin cities for a day meet. Fees will be based on location of meet. |
| Late Fee |
Any balance past due after the 20th of each month will be assessed a late fee of $20. If an account is delinquent for more than 60 days, the swimmer will not be allowed to practice until the account is paid in full. |
| Late Pick Up Charge |
All families are responsible for picking up their swimmer(s) no later than 15 minutes after the posted practice end time. Any swimmers without a responsible party present after 15 minutes will be assessed a late pick up fee of $15 starting with the second offense and each additional offense. |
Refunds
- New swimmers who withdraw from the club within two weeks of registering will receive a full refund of all dues.
- No dues/fees will be refunded after the first two weeks of practice, with the exception of injuries that cause the swimmer to be out for more than six weeks. In such situations, a doctor's medical note is required. Contact the Edina Swim Club office.
Volunteer Requirements for the Fall/Winter Season:
A part of joining the Edina Swim Club is committing time to volunteer at our hosted meets throughout the year. ALL FAMILIES, regardless of if your athlete participates in swim meets, will be required to fulfill a certain number of volunteer hours during the fall/winter season.
**Volunteer Positions: A list of volunteer positions at meets will be posted soon so you will know what to expect.
For Gator 2 / Gator 3 / Age Group Bronze / Age Group Silver / Age Group Gold / Sr. Bronze / Sr. Silver / Sr. Gold & National, your volunteer requirements are 16 hours during the fall/winter season. Fall/winter with sport volunteer hours are 8. See chart below.
There will be a charge for hours not fulfilled for full season and fall/winter registrations:
- 0 volunteer hours: $300 billed on 4/1/26
- 1-4 volunteer hours completed: $225 billed on 4/1/26
- 5-8 volunteer hours completed: $150 billed on 4/1/26
- 8-12 volunteer hours completed: $75 billed on 4/1/26
- 13-16 volunteer hours completed: $0
- Requirements are per family and based on the highest-level swimmer in the family.
For Gator 1A, Gator 1B, Age Group Prep A, & Age Group Prep B, your volunteer requirement is 8 hours during the fall/winter season. There will be a charge for hours not fulfilled during the fall/winter season:
- 0 volunteer hours: $150 billed on 4/1/26
- 1-4 volunteer hours completed: $75 billed on 4/1/26
- 5-8 volunteer hours completed: $0
The volunteer requirements listed below are the minimum number of hours required for each family, but all families are encouraged to volunteer for additional shifts.
