Communication

Communication with parents and swimmers is generated by the Team Administrator via e-mail. Announcements are sent to the families once or twice per week. Announcements include practice schedule changes, meet information, team events, billing information and other on going activities. The announcements are sent via e mail and are also posted on the public page of the website.

Coaches Communication is also generated by the Team Administrator via e-mail. Coaches Communication are sent once per week with practice updates, swim meet information, etc. In the event a parent has a specific concern or question related to their swimmer, they should send an e-mail to the swimmer’s coach. E-mail addresses are on the monthly practice schedules for each team and can be found on the website under “Contact”. Coaches Communications are also posted on the website .

Parents may communicate with any member of the ESC Board of Directors. Board of Directors phone numbers and e-mail addresses are available through the ESC office at office@edinaswim.com.
