Board of Directors
The Board of Directors exists to:
- Uphold the by-laws and core values of the club
- Assist and support the coaching staff
- Provide the necessary business functions
- Communicate with ESC members
The Board of Directors shall consist of at least seven members. The Head Coach shall be a member of the Board and have the same voting privilege as other Directors. The officers of ESC shall be the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and the Head Coach. These officers shall constitute the Executive Committee. To the extent determined by the Board, the Executive Committee shall have the authority of the Board in the overall management of the club. The Executive Committee will act only in the interval between regular Board meetings and will at all times uphold the mission and core values of the club.
The Board shall hold a minimum of ten (10) meetings between September 1 and August 31 of the following year. These meetings are open to all ESC members.

Parents are invited to attend all board meetings. Board Meetings are held at the Edina Community Center, Room 350A (unless designated otherwise) at 6:30PM.
